A hand-UP is priceless

We know it can be hard to admit you need a bit of help. Our Emergency Relief support staff know that this can be difficult and respect you for coming forward. We  will do our best to help and support you through the financial stress you are under.

 We believe in access and equity for people experiencing financial crises and will work with you to respect your dignity and rights while providing service standards that are culturally appropriate.
Our Emergency Relief service can provide much-needed financial help for urgent and unexpected situations. We can also help you with financial understanding such as setting up a household budget or monitoring phone or electricity usage.
Better Together staff are trained in respecting privacy and confidentiality of everyone who comes through our doors and aim to provide a safe and dignified environment for Emergency Relief services.
