We believe in access and equity for people experiencing financial crises and will work with you to respect your dignity and rights while providing service standards that are culturally appropriate.
Our Emergency Relief service can provide much-needed financial help for urgent and unexpected situations. We can also help you with financial understanding such as setting up a household budget or monitoring phone or electricity usage.
Better Together staff are trained to respect the privacy and confidentiality of everyone who comes through our doors and aim to provide a safe and dignified environment for Emergency Relief services.
We provide Emergency Relief on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you require urgent Emergency Relief that is not on these days or if you are outside of Atherton you can look below to see who else provides Emergency Relief where on which day of the week.
