The Better Together volunteer program links community members to valued volunteer roles within Better Together.
Volunteer roles include being involved and learning skills in administration, reception, taxation assistance, drivers, gardeners, Emergency Relief, project work and event planning.
Community members are encouraged to discuss their interests, skills and availability with the Community Development Team to identify an appropriate role.
We are also active in the education sphere. We accept student placements and have a track record in working collaboratively so that students can achieve their academic goals while practising their theoretical understanding in the real world of community development.
Better Together is also interested in developing partnerships with existing volunteer groups to meet community goals.
